I had a pleasant stay at this family-oriented resort, which made for a refreshing experience with many young children around. While it isn’t exactly luxurious, the amenities like the onsens with stunning views and the breakfast options were enjoyable. However, the dining experience at the Japanese restaurant fell short. The meal package was a smart choice since there aren't restaurants nearby. Free parking was definitely a plus.

Rooms

We stayed in a room with a king-sized bed and a beautiful sea view. The room was modern and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
Service
9.0
The staff were friendly and attentive, genuinely eager to help. Their willingness to assist in organizing activities, like hikes up to nearby attractions, was impressive.
Location
8.0
The resort is well-placed near the famous Naruto whirlpools, which made our visit exciting. While there’s a bit of distance to the main attractions, a cab ride is reasonably priced.
Dining
5.0
Although the breakfast options were quite good, the dinner at the Japanese restaurant was mediocre at best, which was disappointing given the place's reputation.
Facilities
7.0
The resort features two facilities: one on the top floor with a sea view and another outdoor on the first floor, both of which were lovely. The amenities were decent but not luxurious.

My stay at the resort was quite pleasant. The atmosphere is family-friendly, perfect for kids, and the onsens are a nice touch, especially the one with a sea view. The dining options, while decent, could use improvement, especially the Japanese restaurant. Overall, it’s a good place, but not overly luxurious, and the meal package is a must since there are no nearby restaurants.

The seaview room was spacious and clean, fitting our family of three beds comfortably. Despite being filled with guests enjoying entertainment, it never felt overcrowded.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly, with English-speaking Nepalese employees. However, I noted some inefficiencies where staff seemed overwhelmed in the kitchen area. They did assist me with a hike to see the Naruto Tower, which was a highlight.
Location
7.0
The resort is located close to the famous Naruto whirlpools, but the area itself is not as picturesque as one might expect from a resort in Asia. A taxi ride of 1200¥ can get you there, or it's a one-hour walk for those feeling adventurous.
Dining
6.0
While breakfast options were pretty good, I found the Japanese restaurant disappointing. The kaiseki dinner lacked flavor and quality. The buffet also offered decent choices.
Facilities
8.0
The resort has two onsens, one being my favorite, the outdoor one – it provided a relaxing experience with a view. However, overall facilities are more functional than luxurious.

We enjoyed our stay at this family-oriented resort, which offers a refreshing atmosphere but isn't exactly luxurious. The dining experience had a mixed bag, especially with the Japanese restaurant not meeting our expectations, while breakfast options were quite good. The onsen facilities were a fantastic feature, and the free parking was a nice bonus. However, be mindful that the meal package is necessary since there aren't any nearby dining options.

This resort is an enjoyable place for families, presenting a charming atmosphere designed for those with younger children. While it offers a pleasant experience, it lacks the luxury some might expect. The dining included with the meal package is decent but left something to be desired in terms of taste, and the location provides easy access to local attractions. Overall, it’s a good choice for families looking for a comfortable stay, especially since parking is free.

The resort is in a relatively good location, close to the famous Naruto whirlpools, but a bit far from other dining options unless you buy the meal package.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort, which caters well to families, offering a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, and the onsens are a nice touch. Dining was hit or miss, though—we found the Japanese restaurant lacking in quality compared to breakfast offerings. Overall, it’s a solid choice but not luxury, especially for meals.

The location was quite good, being close to the famous Naruto whirlpools and just a short ride or walk to see them, though it was a bit isolated with limited nearby dining options.
